12th-15th March
Krishna Village, Northern NSW
Reconnect. Rejuvenate. Remember
Are You Ready to Make Yourself a Priority?
All you have to do is turn up, switch off, slow down and rest.
When life moves so fast, it’s easy to feel
disconnected from yourself

‘This autumn,
as the leaves turn and the air shifts,
nature invites us to pause.
Autumn is a season of release and reflection -
a time to let go of what no longer serves,
to gather the harvest of our lives,
and to prepare the ground for
what is yet to come.’
About the Retreat
This autumn retreat is a sacred gathering
where women come together in circle,
allowing space for deep nourishment.
We’ll align with the rhythm of the earth
and the wisdom of our bodies —
learning from autumn’s call to surrender, simplify, and soften.
Together, we’ll honour what we are ready to release,
harvest the lessons of the past season,
and remember, deeply, who we are.
Daily Circles
Enjoy the traditional wisdome of circle. We will have opportunities to share, deeply listen and connect with women, creating space to reflect and hear your own heart.
Daily Biodanza
You will be skillfully guided to move and attune to the needs of your body with daily Biodanza sessions. This will carry us deeply into rest, healing, and renewal through movement
Meditation and Self
Inquiry Practices
Daily we will pause, breathe, and reflect. Guided practices of meditation and self- inquiry will invite us into clarity and deeper presence.
Rituals
& Ceremonies
Ancient rituals and ceremonies will be weaved throughout the retreat to invoke the sacred honouring of ancient and known wisdom
Intentional
Free Time
Unwind with unstructured moments to rest, read, journal, or explore in nature. This is your time to do exactly what you need
*Accomodation and food is booked separately with the venue

- Dr Sue Hookey
“Being part of this retreat was such a gift. The facilitators created a beautifully held space with rituals, processes, and reflections that guided us on a deep inner journey. Experiencing Biodanza for the first time was incredible — it brought me such joy and connection to my body. I left feeling renewed, more connected to myself, and profoundly grateful to have shared this time with such extraordinary women. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate — it’s truly worth it.”

Sacred Women’s Rest Retreat July 2025
Sacred Woman’s Rest Retreat
Is for women who are:
- Feeling worn out, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
- Moving through life in survival mode, longing for something deeper and more meaningful.
- Craving authentic connection with yourself and others, free from pretense.
- Exhausted and feeling like there’s nothing left to give, yet yearning for true rest and renewal.
- Struggling with a sense of loss, longing to find your place and a sense of belonging.
- Ready for time and space just for you — to nurture your soul and reconnect with your heart.
- Feeling the call to pause, reflect, and reclaim your energy, your clarity, your life.
This retreat is not:
- A luxury getaway filled with massages, spa treatments, and surface-level indulgence.
- A space for vague spiritual language with little real-world relevance.
- A temporary escape that leaves you inspired for a moment, but unequipped for lasting transformation.
